Our Story
We, Barry and Charlotte Fraser, founded KZL Agency with a vision to provide individuals with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities the opportunity to maximize their independence in all facets of life. In 2010, after retiring, we turned this dream into reality by establishing KZL Agency. Our family values are at the core of our agency, with every member, including our children and grandchildren, actively involved in its operations.
Our In-Home and Community Supports division, spearheaded by our son Jeff Fraser, began in 2011 with three individuals. Under Jeff's guidance, we have since expanded our community-based programs significantly.
In 2013, our daughter Tracy Lander led the inception of our residential division. Transitioning from rental properties to owning homes for the individuals we support, we've firmly rooted ourselves in the community.
Through our unwavering dedication and effort, we've grown and diversified our services. At KZL Agency, we aspire to a future where individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities have the autonomy and freedom to self-direct their lives. We hold love and respect as fundamental values in our support for those we serve. Here at KZL Agency, everyone—both individuals and employees—is embraced as part of our family.
